Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I had was lovely, with a great spa bath and showers, but unfortunately, it faced a very busy and noisy street. The service was helpful and made my stay extra special, especially Dominic who provided valuable insights about the city and recommended restaurants. The location was excellent, close to major attractions, but the noise from nearby trams was a concern. The dining options offered a variety but lacked some fruits and jams. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to the city center and major attractions like the old town, Charles Bridge, and the castle. The rooms were luxurious and made us feel like VIP guests, despite being a bit noisy due to the busy traffic road nearby. The service was a mix of extreme rudeness from one staff member but very helpful and friendly from others. Dining offered excellent and tasty options with a good variety available. Overall, a fabulous location with some flaws in service and room noise.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were super spacious with a sitting room and a separate bedroom, offering plenty of space for relaxation. At a rate of £70 per night, it was awesom-big enough, clean, and comfortable. The service was top-notch with staff who were not only very knowledgeable about things to do in Prague but also incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the castle and other main attractions, yet not too busy around the hotel. The dining experience was nice, with plentiful and varied options, and the facilities were excellent overall.
I loved the hotel's location, being right next to the Prague castle district and within walking distance of everything in the old town. The rooms were comfortable and faced the road, but the noise from constant trams and cars on the cobbled street was a bit bothersome. The service was friendly and professional, although there were some issues with car access. The dining experience lacked variety, but the homemade rolls were a nice touch. The hotel facilities were in need of modernizing, but the overall value for the price was good.
